Members of Chester Festivals

As part of Chester Festivals commitment there are other festivals across Cheshire West and Chester that Chester Festivals provides appropriate services to. These services include marketing, fundraising, box office and professional development for staff.

The following are members of Chester Festivals:

ChesterDiversity Festival – February 2010 

An annual Diversity Festival held at the University of Chester.

ChesterDragon Boat Festival – June 2010

The Chester Charity Dragon Boat Festival is an Open Festival event.

Chester Fashion Festival – September 2010

A series of catwalk shows across the city showing the diversity of the fashion offer in Chester. 

ChesterFolk Festival – May (bank holiday) 2010  

The festival is run by the Chester Folk Survivors, a group of folk enthusiasts.

ChesterFood and Drink Festival – Easter weekend 2010  

An annual Food and Drink Festival for Chester.

ChesterLiterature Festival – October 2010 

An annual literary festival for Chester.

Chester Music Society – Annual Programme, October 2009 – March 2010  

Chester Music Society is a community-based organisation that presents more than 20 musical events in the City over the year.

Chester Mystery Plays Ltd – Every five years – next 2013

Chester Mystery Plays exists to produce and promote the Chester Cycle of Mystery Plays ensuring their continued production and relevance to today’s audience.

ChesterPerforms – Year round events 

Chester Performs is the new organisation driving the development of the performing arts in Chester and Cheshire.

ChesterRacecourse – Year round events

Chester Race Company is a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation.

ChesterSummer Music Festival – June / July 2010

An annual music festival for Chester in the summer.

The tour company provide some of the only full time professional Romans in Britain and are available throughout the year.
